Short-term move

I (33) was moved to manage a section of the company where the previous manager had passed away. It was until a new manager was found, my arrival caused concern, as new managers usually wanted to stamp their authority on their new departments. I was from the research section and was to return as soon as the new manager was hired. One of the women in the section I was short-term managing thought she (46) would lose her job. So, as my second day finished and everyone was leaving, she approached me. She offered herself to me to keep her job. I'm a skinny, average-looking man at best, nerdish, you could say. Not a great track record with women. She was okay for her age, and I got aroused straight away. But told her I was a short-term manager, and she still offered herself. So, I fucked her, and it became a regular thing between us. With a new manager appointed, I would return the following week to the research section. But I was to be the new boss there, as the previous boss was retiring. I was told I would have to get an assistant, as the previous boss's wife had been his assistant. I chose my sexually willing co-worker from the section I had been relieving in. Perfect outcome for us both.
