I was deep in debt; my ex-partner had put all the loans in my name. Then decided to leave me and disappeared, leaving me with the loan for our/my car and home to pay by myself. I could've managed it if I hadn't lost my job suddenly. Desperate, I turned to my older brother, my only sibling. His career was booming, and he had no partner and had never had any.
