Desperate Mother

I now (36) own a small apartment building, nothing special, which I inherited. I live in one and lease the rest, and one of my tenants now (33) was abandoned by her husband, leaving her with an ill daughter now (2), no money, and a job that didn't cover the rent and food for her child. At first, she tried to avoid me, hoping her luck would change. But it didn't. I had become aware of her troubles, and I wasn't going to kick her out. I was more concerned for her ill daughter. I have never been great with women and hadn't thought of having any relationship with her. So, one day, I cornered her and insisted on taking her daughter to see my doctor. She agreed, as she had no real choice; otherwise, I would have called child services. The doctor prescribed medicine that quickly made the daughter better. Of course, the medicine was expensive, so I paid and then decided to have them live with me. Easing the financial burden on the mother, I offered a deal that she would cook and clean my apartment, and we would all be square. She accepted, I hadn't made any sexual requests or demands. I never expected any to be offered either; I had always paid for my sex and believed I always would. I never hired a woman for sex locally, only when I was out of town. The first month was a get-to-know-you period, you could say. She realized she could trust me, and her financial situation had improved because she had no rent or food to pay for. After seven weeks, her bad luck returned, and she lost her only job. Nothing else she could do was available. I told her not to worry, I would help out as required. After a few weeks, still no job, she joined me in my bed one night, and we became lovers. At first, it was once or twice a week, and then join me every night ever since. She filed for divorce and full custody rights, and it was granted quickly. Then she got pregnant by me, so we married, and I adopted her daughter. I'm called daddy by her, and I am quite happy with everything. My wife hasn't bothered looking for another job since we married and says she is very happy.
