I have never been great at having relationships, as I am seen as too nerdy. So, I hired hookers to at first lose my virginity and then give me a sex life. Done very well in my career, and started a property portfolio at first, just commercial properties. I have never been short of money; my family is loaded, and I have been given a large trust fund, which started my portfolio. Finally, I bought an old warehouse, but it was too outdated to meet modern requirements. But there was a large shortage of rental accommodation in the area, and so I decided to have my warehouse converted. I hired a contractor used by my family's business for years. With the conversion underway, I needed a property management business to manage my building. I was much too busy to do it myself. At 34 and still unattached, I still used hookers. Big firms were not that interested in managing my building, at least that was the vibe I got when talking with them. I came across a small property management business run by just a mother (47), daughter (25), team. They were quite willing to run my building. They themselves were having trouble finding a suitable place to lease and were living in their cramped business office. So, I would have my second apartment leased, you could say, as I was taking one myself. The three of us met several times as the building was being converted, none of us was anything special in looks or body shape. But we got on very well, so well in fact, I was fucking the mother, and shortly after, they both moved in with me. Before long, the daughter also joined me in my bed, and we got engaged before the building was completed. We started trying to start a family straight away, even before the wedding. We married just before we moved into the completed building, all living and sleeping together. My mother-in-law found out that the building that was opposite my converted warehouse owner wanted to sell. So I bought it without it going on the market at the price the owner wanted. Another building to convert, a small old-style factory this time. My wife took the lead on its conversion, mainly because I had gotten her pregnant, and it had a shop front which was updated first and became their business office. It would have ten apartments, adding to the fifteen my warehouse conversion has. My mother came to stay with us for the birth of her first granddaughter, when it was due closer. But she preferred to stay in a hotel, so no need for my mother-in-law to use another bedroom during her stay. My whole life changed because I decided to convert a warehouse.
