Lifting up a house

I 31 inherited an old 3bed house it sat on wooden posts 4feet off the ground. The house itself was in very good condition, but the roof would need work in a couple of years. So, not waiting I covered it with an iron roof. But the house was too small as is for my needs, I realized it could be lifted and built-in underneath. it was cost affective a lot quicker than a total rebuild. No basement possible or wanted, Once the house was lifted, I started filling in underneath. Then I'd to go to a family wedding, on my return I found that someone was camping under my house. I hadn't gotten to total lockup state before my trip. Rooms were framed and only was fully sheeted with no door. The campers weren't there on my return, but their belongings were. I was living in the old part of the house which was now the upstairs (fully functional). I waited to see who turned up, two women turned up the older 46 and the younger 28. I also knew them both, hadn't seen them in 8 or so years and they had fell on hard times since 2020 pandemic. As I knew them, I didn't call the police, we talked for over an hour catching up. As I had two spare bedrooms, I offered them a place to stay which they accepted. They worked spot jobs and camped wherever they could be safe. Had seen the house lifted a room sheeted and had started camping there off the streets. Access to upstairs was by a small elevator which had a hidden door downstairs looked like a pile of offcuts and building waste, it had castors underneath and a hidden padlock. Undo the padlock and it rolled open to access the elevator. I could padlock the door before going up in the elevator. Once the fit out was complete there would be no door there at all. Having two women live with me help with sheeting the ceiling faster and finishing the exterior to lockup stage a staircase installed in the interior and another at the rear. That took about 6weeks as I had my job to do also. But able to work from home mostly, Christmas 2024 we became lovers I was attracted to the daughter. But she was very shy about close relationships had always been. But with her mother joining in we went from close friends to lovers to married within three months. My wife wasn't pregnant on our wedding day but quickly got pregnant soon after. I'd also gotten promoted and able to have an assistant, so I hired my mother-in-law. No real need to travel in my job, but if I did, I could take my mother-in-law. Who was still joining us in our bed regularly, still able to work mainly from home allowed my mother-in-law to care fulltime for her heavily pregnant daughter and also assist me with my work and drain my balls as my wife went off sex in the last two months till three months after the birth of our son earlier this year. My inheritance not only gave me a great home but led to me having my own family.
