An offer too good to pass up

Then 55 divorced and still owning my own home and having a great career. I wasn't dating mainly because I was busy careerwise, A client then 48 and widowed, was having a bad time financially with medical costs and funeral costs and paying for damages caused by her late drunk husband final accident. He hadn't renewed his car insurance and so all damages caused in his one vehicle accident was left to her to pay. Luckily the gas station didn't explode when he took out 3 fuel pumps before rolling his car 5 times. He wasn't wearing his seatbelt and was thrown out just before the car when down a gully. Badly injured he died 5 days later in hospital. My client and I had always gotten on really well, after selling everything including her home and struggling to keep her business going. She couldn't afford to rent and while talking one day one thing led to another. She offered me sex in return for a place to live, she is great looking for her age and after getting over the initial shock I agreed. Now years later, she is out of debt and still sleeping with me, I've asked her to marry me. But she is still thinking about it 18months later, hasn't accepted or refused.
