Using my Staff as my Harem

Divorced and not wanting another relationship, I 48 decided to keep it inhouse as they say. My business those small was doing quite well even after paying out my ex-wife fully. I'd three staff all female and all over 51, unattached okay on the eye. Most of all they were struggling financially needed their jobs. I paid higher than any other employer in the area, main reason I'd good staff and wanted to keep them. Paying low wages, the good staff found better paying jobs and they left. But I'd one more advantage, jobs were hard to find and ones paying as good as I did didn't exist. At least not in this area or close by either. I noted during my divorce my staff were worried about their jobs, so I could say I was having money trouble, and they would believe it. But I decided to try a different tactic, letting them realize without saying anything directly I wanted extra services. The hope was one of them might offer the extra services, but instead they all did. I was living above my offices as my wife got the house. But I kept the office building two stories, the downstairs being my workplace, the upstairs could be leased if I could've found someone to rent it. With no takers I'd decided it would do as my home, so one of my staff could stay overnight easily. But a change to that plan was quick in coming, when one suggested she live with me and save on paying rent. The others not to be outdone decided they could also live with me. They all got on really well already so living together wasn't seen as a problem even by me. A quick update of the upstairs changing the small washroom into large bathroom including a bathtub and shower and adding to the kitchenette turning it into a proper kitchen. Removed several cubicles making an opened plan living area with two king-size beds and curtains and blinds added to the windows. One or more of my staff joining me in my bed for sex, mostly one at a time sometimes two and only twice since we started in August all three. They are all quite willing to provide me with sex, none wanted extra pay either, they see our arrangement as a sort of mutual satisfaction agreement.
