Thought I was pregnant

I told my then boyfriend I was pregnant, he left town straight away the next day. So, much for his love of me, I still hadn't gotten tested only had just missed my period. My periods were always so reliable and so when I missed one, I thought I must be pregnant. My cousin David told me to move in with him on his farm, and he would make sure I was looked after. A week later I was horny and seeing David swimming in the pond behind his barn, really increased my sexual desire. I straight out David to fuck, he was shocked but agreed as I said I can't get more pregnant than I'm already am. Sex for the next couple of days, I started feeling unwell and so saw my doctor. After tests were done it was discovered I'd a hormonal imbalance, which caused my missing my period. Also, a pregnancy test was negative, but hormonal imbalance also slowed the changes from me getting pregnant by David from showing up in any of the tests. Once I was on a hormone treatment my period should return according to the doctor. Well, my period didn't return as usual, and another pregnancy test was positive. The timeline excluded my former boyfriend; my only lover was David and so we're having a son in December. Both somewhat shocked at first, but I now believe I traded up in lovers and David likes the idea of being a father. Only mistake I made was not getting tested and just assuming I was pregnant because I missed my period.
