Saw a chance

Recently divorced and looking towards starting over again, new job new city. No children from my 5 years of marriage, at 33 I was ready to party. At my new workplace I saw a woman 28 who looked downtrodden and depressed at first, I thought not my concern. But I realized she was very attractive, even those she didn't dress to impress. I was entitled to an assistant and so chose her. At first, she was still depressed you could say, but I slowly help her get back her self-esteem. She had been used, abused and dropped regularly, then I was promoted to a travelling position. Kept my same assistant, she had moved in with me after losing her cheap rental to redevelopment. No sexual interaction between us, she was still emotionally fragile. But as we lived together, she stayed together when away. After dinner with a client, we returned to our hotel room and both in a party mood became lovers. No pressure, she joined me my bed every night after that night. A year later I got her pregnant by mutual agreement, marrying shortly after our decision to start a family. I also got another promotion due to me being able to speak German and French. Now living in Munich, she pregnant and due in December. A much-changed woman than when first I saw her, perfect wife for me. She has picked up German fairly well, but French she is slower at, mainly due to us being in Germany a great deal more.
