Married my Niece

My niece 28 by marriage was having a hard time, deserted by her husband left with 1 child under 3. I'd married her aunt who had a stroke and died at 37 we'd only been married 3years. My niece's aunt on her father's side youngest of 3, her father being the oldest. I was 38 when widowed and was 45 when all this started. The broader family really suffered in the pandemic, as I was over in Europe during the pandemic I was okay. The close family dropped from 12 to 4 including me and my niece and her husband they having recently married. Not counting her husband family who didn't like the marriage and don't help her or see since their son deserted her. Her aunt on her late mother's side (died 2016) the oldest had a seizure (drug related) and passed away. Having to work and pay rent with a young daughter isn't easy. On my return I checked in on her, that's when I found all her troubles for the first time. An uncle by marriage and her aunt deceased, so she thought I wouldn't be interested in her troubles and so hadn't contracted me before my return. Of course I wanted to help her, having added to my finances while in Europe. I'd mainly returned to sell up my remaining assets back here, planning to return to Europe where I've a nice house and a good career. Offering to help my niece, she was very happy to accept. As she like me had no close family on her side and her deserted husband's family not wanting to help, I decided to take her back with me. First, I got her to file for divorce on grounds of abandonment. As his family weren't co-operative with the court, the divorce and full custody was granted quickly. I think the family thought she would want alimony or child support. With her now free, I'd her appoint me legal guardian of her daughter, in case something happened to her. Also changed her surname back to her maiden name as well as her daughter's surname, once all the visas and passports were finalized, we left. She was unable to speak the language, but she is a quick learner and could make herself understood and lots of the locals also speak English. I paid her to keep my house and took her and her daughter on trips with me I'd to do for my work. So, quickly started to see Europe as a whole and loves it here. She had settled into the lifestyle very well. Then seeing me playing with her daughter and realized I would make a good father for her daughter and any children I had. So, she offered to have a child or children for me, there no reason we couldn't have a child together she said weren't blood relatives. I was at first shocked, but also strangely interested, I hadn't thought of myself ever having a child. The more I thought of it the more I liked the idea. But asked her if she would prefer being my wife instead of partner. She thought for a time and said Okay I'll marry you if you really want too. So, we married, and I adopted her daughter as mine and she is now pregnant with our son due in a couple of weeks, his sister is really looking forward to having a little brother.
