I took her at her word

I don't mind using people for my own ends, so when a work colleague 28 said she do anything to improve her life. I 31 took her at her word as they say, got her alone and straight out asked what she meant by anything. She restated anything, anything at all, so I asked what would improve your life. She said she lived in a rat-infested block and her neighbors were either on drugs or suppling them. She really wanted a better place to live and a better neighborhood most of all. I've an apartment 3 bedroom inherited from my late parents in a prime sort after location. I offered her one of my spare rooms, for regular sex at least once a week. I didn't think she would accept, but she said she would tell me her answer after seeing the apartment. I could see she was impressed by the apartment by the expression on her face. She agreed nothing special in having sex with me she added, I date men and have sex with them. As long as she provided sex at least once a week, I would be quite happy with her living with me. That was 4 years ago, now there has been slight changes in our arrangement. First, we're married, second, she is pregnant again she first got pregnant almost a year into our living together. We sort of clicked you could say, sex became very regular, and we only dated each other. I'm quite happy with how everything turned out.
