Agreement

My sister, 24, needed a better place to live, with no great work skills. She could only get lousy jobs, and she also had to look after her daughter(2). She never married her daughter's father and never told him either. But he found out anyway; he wanted total control of his daughter, not my sister. So, my sister's only hope was to live in a suitable home for her daughter and the view of child services. My place fitted the bill, as they say, in a quiet suburb, upmarket to where she could afford. I'm 28, work from home, and earn good money in IT and game programming. I finished college; my sister never did. I own my home mostly; the bank still owns about a quarter. My sister never got on with me in her teenage years, as I was too nerdy for her words. But not wanting to lose her daughter to the father of her daughter. He didn't want his daughter to have any contact with her mother afterwards if he got the daughter. My sister's only chance was to prove she could safely raise her daughter. But the strongest reason they gave my sister for allowing her to keep her daughter was having actual family support. We hadn't started a sexual relationship at that time, as we had been getting everything ready for the inspection. With the great relief of passing the inspection, we slept together for the first time. After several sexual acts between us, my sister decided to simply sleep with me every night. That is how it is now; child services inquire now and then. No changes to my sister's lifestyle; they seem happy for her to keep her daughter. My sister doesn't date, nor do I. The father of my niece tried to take her during a controlled visit. No more visits are allowed now. He had plane tickets and had planned to disappear. He doesn't know our address; also has a court order banning him from approaching his daughter or my sister as a result of the failed abduction. Just in case, I had my car windows tinted so you can't see into it. We also have a very well-operating neighborhood watch in our area. They know about the failed abduction and the court orders. So, any car looking suspicious is flagged to the police.
